It is real. He reportedly told some lib hack with The Atlantic about it first. Will Utah really send him back in 2024? This should be a career ender.

Nope. I predict he announces he is changing parties so he can run against Trump in November.

He’s nuts and just an every day average democrap operative who is allowed to pose as a Republican. I would like Mutt to tell us all the legal statutes Trump violated. All we get is he “abused his power” and he “obstructed Congress”. Well anything can qualify as that. Signing a veto can be called “abusing his power” and he “obstructing Congress”, but what LAWS did he violate, what are the specific legal statutes? They can’t name them because they do not exist!

This is monumental, frankly. THIS was the “big moment” of the impeachment procedings that EVERY Democrat will now take as “The Successful Bi-Partisan effort to Impeach, and CONVICT, Donald Trump.”

Without Romney’s traitorous (there is no other word) action, this allows ALL red-state Dem senators up for reelection to vote FOR conviction. Before, I would wager that at least THREE senators: Joe Manchin, Doug Jones, and Kyrstan Sinema would have most probably broken ranks with the Democrats. Now, they will be highly pressured from the Left to vote to convict.

Unfortunately, the optics of the Romney defection will reverberate into the media narrative for the rest of the primary season, carrying into summer’s convention and general election season, and probably be the most significant point of the Dem convention.

When Romney announced he was “exploring” the possibility of a senate run after Hatch’s retirement announcement, I predicted a day where Romney would screw the rational American people somehow, someway, and this was it. While I predicted that he would have been McConnell’s replacement as Republican leader, unfortunately this action has arguably been a much bigger impact, as he essentially rang the bell at the count of nine on the way to the Dem knockout, allowing the party, and more importantly the media narrative, to rally against Trump and normal Americans.

This may even allow the Democrats to impeach the President again before the election, MAINLY to tie up the Republican senators running for reelection in the fall. You KNOW that’s coming...thanks to Romney’s actions. Utah voters should be ashamed of themselves.

Nope, his goal is to become president of the US.

He's up for senate reelection in 2024. I fully expect him to oppose President Trump throughout Trump's next term then switch parties to Democrat in maybe 2022 or 2023 and run for president as a democrat in 2024........
