Always has been.
A long-time saying I've used for anyone claiming how intelligent or well-spoken Biden was (it's obvious that the later hasn't been possible since dementia set in,) I've always replied, "Yup, Joe Biden is always the smartest one in the room, and he'll always be the one telling you that!"
The guy has long been a booger-eating-moron. I've never been able to take him seriously, and it's always bothered me how much power he's wielded over the decade.
It's just now that the media has been revealed in their collusion to cover up leftist dem corruption. I never realized how filthy corrupt Biden is. I knew that about Pelosi, Schumer, and the others. But Biden has always had a reputation of being a likable moron, unless you really studied what he was involved in. Like sliming Judge Bork and Justice Thomas, or his actions on pushing gun control.

and again I thank the people of Delaware for enabling this buffoon and his corrupt family for 36+ years.
Founding Fathers were right!
No direct election of senators!
I just saw the movie about Clarence Thomas. Biden was front and center as committee chair, and he made a total ass of himself. No one could watch those clips and come away saying Biden was bright. Biden looks at Thomas numerous times and says, "Most people won't understand this, but you and I as lawyers understand it." And then he would prattle about "natural law." In the movie Thomas said, "Frankly, I had no idea what he was talking about." Biden was in way over his head.
