Basically, it means “We’re having a do-over on the vote” — which, as far as I know, has always been illegal in this country. (I’m open to correction if I’m wrong about that.)
Thanks. It’s just a caucus of a party, so I doubt it’s illegal.
Well it’s not really a vote. It’s a private organization not an election. They can do whatever they want.
I don’t even fully understand how the caucus system works, nor why Iowa doesn’t just cast ballots like nearly every other state and club and home owners associations etc.
