Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey took so much offense to the harsh words that President Donald Trump spoke about him during the acquittal press conference Thursday that he published an angry op-ed in The Washington Post the following afternoon.

In Comey’s opinion, the decision by the “herd” of Trump supporters, as he described them, to not “get up and walk out” as the president bashed him and the slew of other disgraced former Obama-era Justice Department operatives who’d allegedly plotted against him was the result of the so-called herd being “brainless” (his words).

Comey might have got off without any penalty....but he was chastized royally. And THAT will be his record...The guy leaked. Period!!

Comey is in such awe of his own virtue that he has a hard time even imagining that no one else is. Hence, he imagines that the audience was deeply shocked and offended to hear him called a sleazebag.... when in fact no gives a crap about him.
I don’t think it will happen, but if Comey is indicted and goes to trial, can he legitimately claim that Trump’s bashing of him makes it impossible to find an impartial jury?
Comey needs to buy a Costco-sized jar of Vaseline. The B*tt-hurting has only just begun.
Then I guess he would be really disappointed by the cheers of the crowd just before he’s hung for treason.
Perhaps when he's back in command of the FBI, he'll deal with every single member of that audience.
I am disturbed that James Comey broke federal law and has nothing happen to him. He is not above the law and she be prosecuted to the maximum extent.
