If you watch the video, Joe says "you can't own a machine gun...you can't own a bazooka..."
Is that true? I read that you CAN legally own these items, thought "machine guns and "destructive devices" (a bazooka would be a destructive device) require registration with the BATFE under the National Firearms Act.

I took an oath to uphold the constitution, not follow the illegal orders of a dictatorial CIC. I’d be willing to bet more than 3/4 of current enlisted personnel know this as well.
