Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I see this as a great opportunity to send a strong message to the radical feminist movement -- by throwing the case out of court.

The way I see it ... if women want to be treated equally, then here's their chance. Let them compete against men on equal grounds.

Nobody's denying them "equal athletic opportunities." If they're not good enough to win against men, then that's not illegal. If women can serve in combat with men, then surely they can beat them in the 55-meter dash.
