This is rich. Rep Harris introduced a bill before Alabama lawmakers that would fine people for smoking in cars carrying children.

If a woman wants to exercise her reproductive rights without sacrificing a human life, she can get her tubes tied or she can get a hysterectomy. Either of which I think taxpayers would be more willing to pay for than killing a human being in the womb.
