I have several good friends who were medical doctors in Vietnam, another communist paradise. Unless you are wealthy enough to get medical care at a private, western style hospital, you are condemned to receive your treatment at a government hospital. Even when not facing an epidemic, these hospitals are dirty, overcrowded, and provide very substandard care.
