They saw an internal poll from the Cali special election

Smith (D) 30

Knight (R) 26

Garcia (R) 13;

Uygur (D) 5

Papadopoulos (R) 3

Papad is not running in the special, only the regular election for the full term

There are several other minor candidates on both sides not in the poll

That’s 42 GOP combined and 35 rat combined. Garcia has way more money than Knight (GOP incumbent who lost in 2018) and more than Smith too I think.

Later one of our spies held an umbrella for a DCCC security guard who had to jump start a car.
