Flynn’s crime was making public his intent as head of the NSC to clean house and reduce the political holdovers that had ballooned the committee to 400 or more heads. The Swamp was not about to let him do that. He also criticized the Obama administration for their Iran bribe deal.

The piece of “evidence” that got him in the most trouble was when he was invited to a promotional ceremony by RT (Russian Television) and seated at the same table as Vladimir Putin. From then on he was targeted as a Russian agent. This was completely debunked by the Mueller report but not until the DOJ had ruined his life and drained his finances to the point he had to sell his house. When Mueller’s agents threatened to drag his son into the case based on later debunked charges he folded to the advice of his corrupt legal team and took a plea. Sidney Powell is doing everything she can under the law to reverse this travesty.

Chuck Rosenberg, a former U.S. attorney in Virginia and NBC News legal analyst, said it's unclear if there's anything improper about assigning Jensen to look into Flynn's FBI interview, but if he's not looking into whether a crime was committed then Barr is potentially misusing a U.S. attorney.

"If you think what you have is a flawed process, or some larger policy issue that needs to be addressed, than you might go to the IG," Rosenberg said. "If you think you have a crime then you would go to a U.S. attorney."
