Paying individuals to vote for you is illegal, that is buying an election. Having more money for marketing and advertising is not illegal, and it is not buying an election.

My guess is that Bloomberg owed Clinton some chips, and Clinton is cashing them in. So she gets Bloomberg to run for POTUS, who essentially funds a broke DNC and removes all the other candidates. Then there'll be a brokered Dem convention where Hillary will waltz in and claim the mantle.

I don't buy all the "Bloomberg will get Arkancided!" stories, he's too rich and powerful. I believe if Mike does somehow will he will step aside within 100 days and hand over the Presidency to Clinton.
