Nobody is restricting the reproductive rights of women. Even ugly women can have as many children as they want (except for the minority with medical issues). But this ugly woman wants to restrict the rights of men to have children.
Under her law, neither of my paternal grandparents would have been allowed to be born--both were the fourth child of their fathers.
