Nothing on either the linked site or Gallup's about methodology for the poll. I didn't see the number of people polled or the margin of error. Also nothing about how they handled disparate phone answering rates, which they usually handle with some farcical assumed D-to-R ratio that we can laugh at (Bernie wins with 500 electoral votes in a D+20 poll? Yeah, right.).

Maybe so, but a quick excel merge-from-web and insert-table (removing the Unenrolleds), shows when this condition occurred (not the first time) and long term trends, lending some credibility:
