A bad scenario would be if Trump wins but the Senate turns blue and the house remains Rat infested. One way or the other the commies will take full control of everything and I can’t see any other conclusion than an outright civil war. Cause these crazies will be thinking payback.

I expect the GOP to hold the Senate in 2020 but the Senate is almost certainly going to the Dems in 2022 because the map is just brutal for GOP. So he needs to get as much done as possible in the first two years of his second term.
If the Democrats win the Senate, it’s over for Trump. The first thing they will do is impeach him again and convict him in the Senate. That’s how they plan to get rid of him, not through the ballot box. So they need to retain the House and the Senate and it really doesn’t matter which of their loser primary candidates wins the nomination because they will have the presidency early next year anyway if they get the Senate. We have to hold the Senate and retake the House to keep Trump in the WH and safeguard his agenda. We have less than 5 years to MAGA and KAGA.
