There were no charges. Trump was impeached - and acquitted - for obeying the law.
Actually, there was NO Impeachment, since there was no due process. Defendant not allowed ability to cross examine, call his own witnesses, and most important, not allowed to face his accuser. And most clearly NOT PRESUMED INNOCENT.
IOW, the Dems violated all the rules of American jurisprudence. I just wish someone would confront Pelosi with the facts.
