Some update in last 20 minutes...whoever this guy is...he’d put out a YouTube video several days ago talking over conspiracy theories and addressing a lot of criticisms of migration in Germany. Oddly, he was licensed to hold a gun...which means the police had conducted a review of the guy in the past (it might have been two decades ago).
Added note, when they found his body back in the apartment....the second body there was his mother.
