Yes, I agree. He chose to go testify. President should not pardon. He is not worth another investigation and impeachment do over.
It’s not fair with the Judge, the Juror, the prosecutors but they were out for blood.
I do hope that his attorneys going after the Juror for perjury to send a message to future Jurors who think they can lie like she did and get off.
But I am sure the prosecutors will not prosecute. But it should be pursued.

Just wondering if anyone can remind me, but what exactly was it the stone lied about to congress? We always hear he lied to Congress, like that’s some terrible thing, but did anyone ever print what he said specifically that was a lie? Or was this more secret hearings bull crap?

Former CIA Director John Brennan Thursday on MSNBC accused President Donald Trump of playing to a “very debased” group of people.
Discussing Trump’s comments on Roger Stone today at a prison graduation ceremony in Las Vegas, Brennan said, “He’s clearly giving every indication he wants to act like a mob boss. And he’s going to try to take care of him and his soldiers.”
He continued, “It’s outrageous he would try to make any moral equivalency between someone like Roger Stone who the judge said has trampled the law and public servants like James Comey and others who really tried their best. You can question their decisions and judgments but really were trying to carry out their duties responsibly and with integrity.”
He added, “There were people in that audience that unfortunately I did hear laughter at the things he was saying about these individuals and talking about Peter Struck and Lisa Page and others. I mean, he just plays to this very debased group of people who are listening to what he is saying in terms of just trashing good public servants and defending people like Roger Stone? I mean, give me a break.”

Because he may either be exonerated or his case dismissed. If neither of those things happen, Trump can always pardon him. Of course, it’s costing him a fortune to defend himself, but I’m not sure Trump pardoning him now would be good for his campaign; about half the country use MSM to get their news, and MSM will twist a pardon into all kinds of evil.
Pathetic. I agree with Dan Bonginos motto at this point in my he state of affairs. That is, this is war now. There is no more take of the “high ground” BS we tried in the past. We had better fight these bastards every step or get run over. Stone was railroaded plain and simple. You’re ok with giving up political prisoners on phony bs process crimes, I am not. What was the terrible awful lie BTW????
He's not going to be exonerated and the judge is not going to dismiss the case. The best this judge could do is declare a mistrial, which she won't, and even if that did happen Stone would be tried again. Remember, this was not a hung jury with only a single vote between Stone and freedom. This was a unanimous guilty verdict, and even if one juror had been biased the other 11 still voted to convict. There is no reason to believe that Stone would have a better chance at a different verdict if he did get a new trial.
If neither of those things happen, Trump can always pardon him.
In the mean time Stone is in for years in court and hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees. End that now and pardon him.

Which they have been doing for three years and Trump hasn't been phased yet. Why wait over pardoning Stone?

Does this same judge determine if Stone can get a change of venue - anywhere other than the DC circuit - or can Barr make that determination?
Can Judge Berman be transferred to some other court by Barr, say Puerto Rico ?
