They didn’t’ actually give a number in the revised memo, just significantly less than 7-9.

That’s basically what the guideline calculations say, without the gaming of the calculations to include ‘threatening a witness’. 36-46 months.

It’s still way more than typical, especially given that proving he was lying meant he didn’t do the thing that was being investigated.
