Greffex is a private company so I don’t see an incentive for them to pull a scam, however I believe the other company is public with a penny stock and has a history of BS press releases.
Lots of companies are going to claim to have a vaccine or be close to having a vaccine. It’s the perfect pump and dump.
But maybe there are a lot of companies with a vaccine. Would be great if our science has advanced that far.
I think the San Diego company was saying they had a DESIGN for a vaccine.
