That’s because all of the news coming out of China is being censored. There were a few earlier videos of a guy walking and being chased back with a broom.
It wouldn’t surprise me that in other towns they have a pile of debris in the road just after a hairpin turn. Then they push the car or bus off the cliff into the abyss below if they don’t turn back.
