Founded in 1912, preceded by The Russian Social Democratic Labour Party founded in 1898.
By the time Iosif Vissarionovich Dzhugashvili took over, it was called The Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU). It's really going to be a lot of fun having Bernie as the candidate. We old timers know quite a bit about The Soviet Union.
