Someone apparently took it upon themselves to override the instructions. won’t be the first time....look what happened when Trump tried to secure the border and Representatives went ahead and actually brought illegals over the border.

No it's not. It's the state department. We all know the elitist state department thinks the president is supposed to do as they say. This is what Trump is there to fix.

Most likely the State Department is doing as they always do, selling pay to play schemes. Someone bribed them to do what they did.

Trump should fire them all and prosecute those involved in any way.
