Not really. You can see variations in the surface, hills and valleys and so forth, but not earth curvature from that height. The earth is BIG. 25,000 miles around. Imagine all that weight pressing down on the core as well.
The one thing we tiny humans don't understand is the role we play in the universe. Granted we are freaking huge compared to bacteria or molecules, but that's another thing we refuse to grasp. We are less than specs compared to specs in the grand scheme of things. I happen to be religious, but God doesn't laugh at us because of this. He understands our place in all of this, unlike ourselves.
