Sometimes I think this BS is put out there to deceive prospective residents and businesses that there are still a lot of white people here; they are the primary demographic that is leaving.

Yes. Yes I can. But at least my NJ county voted more strongly for Trump in 2016 than did the State of Texas.
Also, the beaches, tomatoes and pizza are pretty good. Plus, I have family here.
