Mask, hand sanitizer (Use on your face too.), gloves, coat and a cap.
Bring your own food and water.
Strip when you get home OUTSIDE your residence (Garage, shed, etc... please, no public nudity... we can’t un-see it.) and put on clothing from your luggage or have someone in the house bring you some.
Dump your travel gear in the washer and use a good detergent or burn it.
Get into a shower with your clothes on, shower with the clothing on, strip, wash again, put on new cloths and launder the soap soaked cloths.
Paranoid, maybe. Safer than otherwise, yes.
Stripping down and hopping in the hot tub sounds like a great idea.
I already planned on unpacking in the driveway so no uninvited guests make it in our home.. i.e. cockroaches!!!
