Be aware of cleanliness, find a small bottle of hand cleaner if you can, and something to cover your face if you don’t have a mask.

You will see (lots) of people wearing masks. Don’t be embarrassed.

Wear glasses, or if you don’t maybe wear sunglasses during the flight.
Maybe a handkerchief?

I flew to Asia one month ago. Really, don’t be embarrassed.

Of course, you have to do what you decide. Just don’t be embarrassed.

Hand sanitizer.

Just ate lots of garlic scallops.....

Taking anti-malaria meds
