There’s a theory that this is all a put on to avoid prosecution. Maybe so, but he is the right age for this sort of thing to start kicking in, especially in light of the difficulties of life on the road. Bernie and Mini-Mike are also that old, but they seem to be holding up a little better. Biden has always been really stupid, with a few loose screws. I think that accentuates his dementia.
