He’s actually real bad at that. Back in the 2016 primaries, six Iowa delegates were chosen by coin tosses because the votes were tied. Hillary won all six. The chance of that happening fairly is less than 2%.

So either Bernie is very unlucky or Hillary is very lucky. Or just maybe Hillary is able to cast evil spells on coins. Who knows?
