If he walks like a RAT, talks like a RAT and smells like a RAT...
He may be a rat or a registered socialist.

“Can a registered independent vote in the FL democrat or republican closed primary? I know you cannot in CA.”
No you cannot. I’m a registered Independent and did not know that. Showed up to vote in a primary and was turned away. I came from an open primary/caucus state so was surprised to find out how it works.
I understand both ways but failed to do my homework at the time.

If they can run a Kenyan, then they can run an independent.
There, I said it!

I think this counts as DNC election interference.

This is how it works:
https://www.npr.org/2019/03/05/700524861/bernie-sanders-signs-democratic-party-loyalty-pledge-for-2020-run
The lawsuit is frivolous.
But is it? The loyalty pledge is with the national party, yet I'm pretty sure the state parties run the elections in their own state. Are they bound by everything the national party does?
Also, according to the pledge, the Dem candidates swear that they are members of the Dem party, uphold Dem points, etc. Yet, according to others here, Bernie's already registered for the Senate run in 2024, as an independent. Not to mention I don't think he even superficially rejoined the Dem party for this year's nomination, like he did in 2016.
