Well we know testing is not perfect. Since we can’t absolutely and positively know who is infected or not — then we need to shut down travel, transportation and all interaction between human beings on the entire planet.

Every single human being on the planet needs to immediately go into complete isolation. :-)

I agree that many are overreacting. On the other hand my grandson is/was scheduled to attend Waseda University in Tokyo this April. He just learned that the program has been “delayed”, not yet cancelled. He was really looking forward to the experience, but to be honest I was somewhat uncomfortable about it.

A couple of days ago a Japanese health official suggested avoiding trains/subways (in Tokyo!) and today they announced they’re ending the school year a month early. We all know how casual the Japanese are when it comes to schools and education.
