Screw that. Time to revaamp the courts period! Need to change the rules for being impeached. It should apply to only elected individuals. Appointed one, fired by simple majority if serious malfeasance is found. Why this cou try should have to suffer through a judicial gauntlet of leftists assholes who use the constitution to wipe their asses is ridiculous. They violated their oath, they need to be fired. The president decides, the Senate has hearing on their record, and then vote with51 votes for removal. Its the only branch of government where there is no real oversite to prevent judicial corruption. Time to pass a constitutional law putting these assholes on notice and on a short leash.

While it is true that impeachment begins in the house for the president.
It is not true that the impeachment of a judge starts in the house it can be carried out at the sole discretion of the senate. But it cannot be done with a simple majority in the senate. I believe it requires 67 votes or a 2/3 majority but I could be wrong perhaps it’s only 60.
The consequence designed in the Constitution is impeachment, if we had elected officials with the spine to use it.
But not in Washington state. The ruling applies to only the 2nd District in the northeast. The 9th ruling stated the funds can’t be withheld, which means the issue will be going to the SC and they will have to resolve it.
The Constitution will need to be changed and that is not going to happen. Sorry.
Not true. Judges are impeached in the House and tried in the Senate. Look at the Alcee Hastings impeachment in the House and conviction in the Senate trial. He lost his judgeship due to bribery, I believe. That is before he was then elected to the House from Florida.
If Trump actually abides by that decision, then the country is effectively over.
