I don’t see how defending the US border is a law enforcement action. Besides, there’s a big difference from building a structure and detaining criminals.
This judge needs to be impeached if the Pubbies win the House.
While it is true that impeachment begins in the house for the president.
It is not true that the impeachment of a judge starts in the house it can be carried out at the sole discretion of the senate. But it cannot be done with a simple majority in the senate. I believe it requires 67 votes or a 2/3 majority but I could be wrong perhaps it’s only 60.
