A suggestion: Talk the the administrators of the facility. They should have a protocol in place for how they’re going to handle this. You should know what that is. If you don’t like it and/or have questions, suggestions, speak up. Also, talk to whomever is in charge of infection control at the facility. Again, ask questions if you have them and make sure your comfortable with whats going on. Make sure you, and your mom if she’s able, know how everything is going to work if there’s an issue.
And we’ll keep you and your mom in our prayers. :-)
I am starting to wonder that myself.
Back on 12/31/19 we had a healthy, young high school lady die from the complications of pneumonia and the flu at a local hospital. The “flu” then ran rampant through the high-school and elementary school causing them to be shut down for several days, not necessarily because so many kids were sick, but due to the severity of the strain. Several more kids ended up hospitalized as well. At least that is what was posted in the Facebook Community Group.
Caveat: this is also a college town
Once those reports started surfacing, I started changing a few habits of mine and avoiding the local drugstores concentrated near the campus. Not because I suspectd Covid-19 at the time, just knowing because the “strain” was so severe I didn’t want to catch it. Now I wonder if it was indeed Covid-19 making kids so ill?

Boy, are we loaded with tourists now! Practically impossible to drive anywhere, go to a restaurant And the stores are packed with people. I’m staying home as much as possible.
You may well have. It is here is the community now so nothing further to do - we will either get it or not but it is circulating out there and apparently has been here for a while
I finally figured out who’s fault it is - Ike for building the interstates and Chevrolet for exhorting people to see the USA in their cars...and our wide-open EU-style way of not having controlled borders around every state and walls around the larger cities....personal FReedom is gonna kill us all...
I may have to take up drinking again to cope.....

I dunno...but my wife, youngest daughter and I are headed down to Jacksonville this Friday to visit my oldest daughter who lives down there.
