I know that the queen reigns, but she does not rule. Blah, blah, blah. Regardless, it would be awesome if Queen Elizabeth was so bothered by the abuse of those girls that she would demand the release of the documents.

Because otherwise I’d have to wonder. If a queen cannot (or will not) take action to protect her country’s children, then what good is a queen?

Officially, the Queen ruled on the “advice” of her government, but in practice it is the other way around, she advises the government how they should advise her. Unfortunately, they don’t always take her advice.
