Agree. The words of the Constitution and Bill of Rights show clearly the founding fathers intended judicial proceedings to be open and fair. They would be horrified to know Congress passed laws creating secret courts.

Secret courts are just park of the terrible legacy of George W. Bush.

GWB's attempt to create a court (military tribunals) was eventually shot down by SCOTUS. Those courts were then established by Congress, which has the power to create courts.

FISC is a creation of Congress. It was created in 1978. Jimmy Carter was president.

It is ludicrous to believe that a government of three branches fighting between themselves will fight to protect the privacy or rights of those they lord over. All three branches are in cahoots to grab power to the federal government.
