The US population is 327 million. They said, “ Bloomberg could give every US Citizen a million dollar check and have money left over.”

He could have given us all a cup of coffee, and a cheap donut (not even a Dunkin-type). It would not even covered entry into a movie theater or the soda-popcorn menu at the drive-in.
