Exactly.
I bet I could install the BCG, insert a mag and chamber a round in less than 5 seconds.
Pop that thing open with pushing one pin, slide the BCG in, click it closed and return the pin, cock and load, return the charging handle to the forward position. (Retired Army and have done this a whole lot.)
