Sorry I said 87 5/8”. Should be 82 5/8”. You can lay out stair risers with a framing square. Old carpenters are pretty sharp. Cabinet making is an art form. It’s the little marks on the ruler that screw you up but buildings stay we just pass along. You pay for the carpenters tools, you just rent his brain. Trumps a builder the rest are occupiers. Absolutely true, another reason why I respect Donald Trump. Carpentry is a hobby of mine, I built the cabinets in my kitchen when I remodeled it. Also did furniture for my daughters. But wouldn't consider building a home (a couple relatives are carpenters that do that), let alone imagine building a tower like Donald Trump has done.
