Because the DOJ has become unmoored from the Executive Branch and the Constitution.

Starting about two months ago I began seeing Barr in a different light. Having given him the benefit of the doubt,it started to become clear this fellow has no intention of reforming anything.

President Trump needs to throw him out and appoint an acting AG that will get the job done. An Acting AG can by law serve 210 days. That should be enough time to bring ringleaders in the Swamp to indictments.

Rudy Giuliani is right there waiting with evidence in hand to do what Barr should have been doing.
