I mean, yea.. I know Podhoretz is a Never Trumper. So, I take what he says with a ton of salt. But, I thought the same thing when I saw the actual votes in Michigan. There were THREE TIMES as many Democrat voters as Republican. 3X That’s a big number.
I know there were some Operation Chaos voters (R’s crossing over). But, I doubt there were THAT many.
IMO, it was a near miracle that Trump was able to win Michigan. Maybe, many more people voted in the D primary just because it was competitive, and practically all of the down ballot contest of interest were on that side?
But, 900k to 300k cannot be ignored. Trump will need a strategy that may not include Michigan and Wisconsin.
Just 2 days ago a CNN YES C FRICKIN’ NN survey showed what we Freepers already know. Enthusiasm - you know little jonnie that thing that actually gets people to the polls - among Trump voters is 15 points higher than for either The Dover Dunce or the Moscow Kid’s voters.
