I recall a few posts around the first of March that talked about a team of 1,800(?) Chinese that was activated to really crack down on the internet leaks. Discussion back and forth about if with only 1,800 people could stop it. Got into computer geek stuff that I couldn’t understand so I didn’t follow it closely!
Plus there were a few youtubes and twitters from westerners that went away once they were evacuated back to England or wherever.
This whole thing is media driven hysteria. In a few weeks flu season will be over and this won’t even make the topnews cycle.
The regular flu likely has the same death rate in elderly patients with underlying problems. Thats how we get to 30,000-40,000 deaths each year. 80,000 died in 2018. Never a moment of panic about it. So what? 57 dead of corona and the stock market is crashing? Seriously?
