Former Vice President Joe Biden rolled out his plan to combat the coronavirus, also know as COVID-19, on Thursday as the virus rapidly spreads throughout the United States.
Biden's plan calls for a number of measures, including the establishment of an effective national response to the virus through making testing free and widely available, as well as the establishment of ten mobile sites and drive-through facilities per state.
The former vice president also called on greater transparency from the White House in terms of how many individuals have been tested.
The plan also called for an economic response to the outbreak, which includes emergency paid leave for all those affected by the outbreak. The response would also work to aid workers, families, and small businesses impacted by the outbreak.
Biden announced the plan during an address in Wilmington, Del., less than 24 hours after President Trump addressed the nation about the outbreak.

joe knows it’s bull$hit. The reason he’s saying it, is that IF THERE ARE A LOT OF DEATHS, they will blame Trump and say that biden’s “plan” would have avoided the deaths. And the media will broadcast the lies 24/7.
No matter what happens, they will blame Trump. They brought GWBush down with their katrina $hit. They want to do the same with Trump/Coronavirus.
If 100 die, they will say that it would have been 50 under biden’s plan. If there are more deaths in Puerto Rico, or Harlem, they will call Trump racist.
If Trump blocks travel to/from Africa, they will call him racist. It he doesn’t, they will blame him for the deaths.

Fox News was covering his announcement live. He was trying to appear “Presidential” and of course attacked Trump, so I can understand why Fox carried him in full. At least I assume they did so...after a minute or two that was as much as I could stand. Fortunately there was a spring training game on.

lots of orgs are now doing the testing, including states, some counties, and big private labs like Quest and LabCorp ... of course, with almost all medical testing, you need a doctor’s order for the test ...
CNN, NBC and Fox did not have it as a main story on there websites, I think he looked small and stupid.

They’re crying Trump should have done more. But can you imagine Trump shutting down this country while the Dems were in the middle of an Impeachment?
