Judicial Watch Sues State Department for Text Messages of Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin
Judicial Watch ^ | March 10, 2020 | Staff

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the State Department for all text and other electronic messages of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin after discovering an email that strongly suggests Clinton used text messages for official business ((Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:20-cv-00441)).

[snip] Clinton repeatedly stated that the 55,000 pages of documents she turned over to the State Department in December 2014 included all of her work-related emails. In response to a court order in another Judicial Watch (case), she declared under penalty of perjury that she had “directed that all my emails on clintonemail.com in my custody that were or are potentially federal records be provided to the Department of State, and on information and belief, this has been done.”

Not so sure I’d want to read Hillary and Huma’s text messages.

Good Lord Democrat/Progressives, have you no respect for your country?

Or is it just an indication of how weak their prospective presidential candidates are. On the other hand, this could be the way the Hilldebeest assumes the presidency after the “surprise” arkancide of the president.

At this point, what difference does it make. It’s like telling a punch-drunk pallooka who’s blind in one eye NOT to throw the fight with the champeen. He’ll still go down, but he’ll do so in an honest tko.

I agree with Imus. I think it’s funny she kept her maiden name just so she wouldn’t be Mrs. Humma Weiner.

The only justice would be to have a real life Mitch Rapp. Or find hillary’s goons and offer them a better price to make sure she’s suicidal.

“Good Lord Democrat/Progressives, have you no respect for your country?” Answer: No, the Rates hate the U.S.A.

“Not so sure I’d want to read Hillary and Huma’s text messages.” Answer: That’s for the prosecutor, or whatever law officer can make a case.

Why do they have to sue? Pompeo should just say give them the f______ texts. Barr sure as hell isn’t doing anything with them.
