I thought Ebola sounded pretty crisis at the time. People were more panicked at that time than they appear now. Now they are just being careful. Ebola had a 30% death rate even with very good hospital care, and almost 100% where health care was poor. At the time I thought, “Sounds like rampant scurvy symptoms. Wonder if high dose Vitamin C would help?” Now it seems that the Chinese have several clinical trials to test this very proposition. Vitamin C reduces symptoms of all virus illnesses. Of course Big Pharma would probably shxx bricks if it became popular here. Vitamin C cheap and you don’t even need a prescription.
