The Coronavirus Hoax
Ron Paul Institute ^ | Mar 16 2020 | Dr Ron Paul

Posted on 03/16/2020 10:59:25 PM PDT by rintintin

Governments love crises because when the people are fearful they are more willing to give up freedoms for promises that the government will take care of them. After 9/11, for example, Americans accepted the near-total destruction of their civil liberties in the PATRIOT Act’s hollow promises of security.

It is ironic to see the same Democrats who tried to impeach President Trump last month for abuse of power demanding that the Administration grab more power and authority in the name of fighting a virus that thus far has killed less than 100 Americans.

Declaring a pandemic emergency on Friday, President Trump now claims the power to quarantine individuals suspected of being infected by the virus and, as Politico writes, “stop and seize any plane, train or automobile to stymie the spread of contagious disease.” He can even call out the military to cordon off a US city or state.

State and local authoritarians love panic as well. The mayor of Champaign, Illinois, signed an executive order declaring the power to ban the sale of guns and alcohol and cut off gas, water, or electricity to any citizen. The governor of Ohio just essentially closed his entire state.

The chief fearmonger of the Trump Administration is without a doubt Anthony Fauci, head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health. Fauci is all over the media, serving up outright falsehoods to stir up even more panic. He testified to Congress that the death rate for the coronavirus is ten times that of the seasonal flu, a claim without any scientific basis.

The entire tempo of life has changed and that’s really weird! It’s like when folks get ready for a great blizzard, have prepared as they can, and are settling in for whatever comes.

But this is different because we really can’t tell when it actually strikes....it’s not like when it begins snowing and we see it. But like with a storm we don’t alawys now how long it’s going to hang over an area, days or weeks.

And like the weather we wonder what areas are going to get hard and who’s going to escape the worst. Then there’s the weeks of digging out and getting things back up running again.

"I linked to the tracking website where case data is compiled, you can access and calculate the numbers for yourself and you don’t believe me that the death rate is approaching 4%? Seriously?"

Mom, if the data compiled by Johns Hopkins includes data provided by China then it's worthless and there is no reason to do that mathy stuff on it and no way to come up with a fatality rate that can be relied upon, yet. Even the Italian data needs to be cleaned up before it can be relied upon since, as you can imagine, with their health care system being overrun, record keeping and reporting are pretty far down on the list of things they are worrying about right now.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying we are not facing a big problem here, we are, but it is still a problem of an unknown scope and none of us, not even an expert like you, know for a fact what we are up against here.

The timing of this. An election year makes it all very suspicious. Certainly after Democrats were cheating on our economy to fail.

It really appears the the damage done by the current means to stop this disease may be worst than letting it run the course of going thru the population.

The current course of action is like someone standing in front of a wave yelling “stop”.

What I do not get is the night curfews?

What Coronavirus is more deadly at night?

Moreover, States like California, New York and Pennsylvania that are closing everything non essential? Really?

This is after they admit they really do not understand this, but some how they can say with certainty that millions will die?

None of it makes sense.

Saying something is a farce with nothing to back up your statement does not make it so.

There’s a fundamental flaw in your statistics. We know that the vast majority of infected have few or no symptoms. You write that there were 162,687 cases on March 15. Really? You really believe we have such a precise world wide count of everyone exposed to this virus? If so, that’s ridiculous.

You also wrote that no one is immune to this virus. Nearly 7 billion people on this planet and you know for a fact none are immune? Again, that’s a ridiculous assertion. If 80% are essentially asymptomatic or have very mild symptoms—another reported statistic we can’t really know for sure—that sounds like pretty good immunity to me.

Now I’m not saying this virus is harmless. What I am saying is there are all sorts of unknowns at this point. I think this is what Ron Paul was pointing out. People’s opinions are not scientific fact.

The china data is biased in another way. The Chinese had access to nearly unlimited face masks, which they wore routinely in the affected zones.

Here in the U.S we import ours and have depleted our inventories.

I think something is fishy too, just observing that the more “progressive” the government in question, the more intrusive the response, and hard to see how it’s proportionate — there will be much bigger problems if economies spiral into depression than if a pandemic were to kill thousands of people, so where’s the balance point? It’s a sad fact that many of the deaths attributed to seasonal flu or this sort of thing are just accelerated inevitable passing away of those near the end of their natural life span. Maybe good to avoid this where possible, but one reason why the death toll is highest among the elderly is that on a statistical basis the elderly are more likely to die soon.

The deep conspiracy may be in the background, I suspect a lot of people in high places have caught on to the fact that an opportunity exists here for realizing goals and objectives that can be moved laterally to some other future project, such as fighting the made up climate emergency.

And if they can make that up, who’s to say there could not be a made up health crisis? The problem being, the only people in a position to know are the people who might be inclined to tinker with the truth.

Keep a close eye on all governments in this situation.

I wouldn’t suspect the Trump administration of being anything other than collateral damage in this, they felt that they had to act or face a firestorm of criticism. The problem about acting or not acting is that you don’t have the luxury of a control experiment where you can test the response against alternatives. Who’s to say the best course of action might not be to treat it like any other flu, or on the other hand, go into an even deeper emergency mode?

For better or worse, decisions have been made. But the economy could tank as a result. Will that really be a better situation than the alternative?

Are you familiar with the true definition of “Second Sight” as understood by the ancient Celts?
In Christianity, it’s “Spiritual Gift of Discernment”

It’s not prophecy, it’s “seeing the reality” of a thing or person, such as you look at someone who everyone else sees as a saint, but you literally feel spiritually repelled by that person and you “see” that they are, in fact, anything but a “saint”.

It was like that with Obama.

I have never heard more than a few seconds of him speaking because it made me so sick and anxious, that I nearly broke my neck trying to find the clicker to shut him off.

Shibumi and I used to talk about this [rest his soul] and he’s the only person who understood because he had a near-death experience almost identical to my own, and I was not alone in my reaction to Obama.
Many here felt the evil in him, too.

This is like that.

Something is WRONG with all of this and it’s NOT what we’re being told it is.

No, I have no empiric evidence to the contrary, I’m not a doctor and I didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn Express but it’s gnawing at my intuition relentlessly and it’s getting stronger by the day.

This is all wrong.

Every time I go to the stores and walk through it, I feel like I’m in a waking nightmare and when that happens, it’s always “right”.

I can’t really explain it well enough...there’s a charge in the atmosphere, as though “bad things” are nearby....a friction of two “realities”, if you will, causing great discomfort.

Sounds crazy, even to me, but I live this and I’m rarely mistaken.

“The virus recently emerged -— no one has ever had it before, and the hope that it is already widespread and not very serious is not founded on any data.”

And neither is your premise otherwise.

You can’t convince the crowd that says nothing is wrong and President Trump is a fool or liar. Remember in their mind it’s about what they financially lost in the marker. Idiot’s.

Italy cases should be alarming but noooooo. It’s just a cold with evil big gov grabbing power.
...
300000 migrant Chinese in Italy that work in the leather processing. They go back and forth to China. Keep that in mind when you think about the Italian statistics and they’re single payer Healthcare System and their elderly population.
