You can’t call it a glitch!!

I used to work in the I.T. and technical fields.
A “glitch” may be in a system or in programming or in hardware, but it’s still somebodies fault, even if it’s a design problem. In the private sector, you don’t get to say ‘sorry, it was just a “glitch” and it was nobodies fault’. If it costs money or safeties, someone’s ass is going to be on the line.

Fauci knows where the fault lies but it is not in our Nation’s interest to dissect blame during the epidemic. People need to have confidence that their is a plan, steps are being taken and this will work itself out in a few weeks or months. That is why there are conferences & POTUS appears each day.
Never fear POTUS knows where the fault lies as well & is moving to eliminate the design flaws.

Well said.

Other much lesser countries did not have glitches, and had testing available well ahead of our country.

No doubt we fumbled the ball on test equipment availability.
