Bill Weld is a former RINO governor of Massghanistan. The only bar he ever passed (hic) was the state bar.
Charlie Baker is the current RINO governor of Massghanistan. When he goes to an (AHOOOOGAH!) bar, he and two friends can seat themselves on an inverted bar stool.
