They will say both at once. They do it all the time.
Reporter calls it the “China virus” and immediately turns around and calls President Trump a racist for calling it the “China virus.”
They are weak minded people.
And they will generate a tsunami of invective saying he needs to invoke dictatorial powers, and if he does (which he won’t) they will say he has overstepped his authority and push for impeachment.
