Personally I think any attempt to do so at this time would be political suicide, possibly even viewed as sedition or treason in an attempt to gain political capital at the expense of the American people
And the SchiffBurger is desperately trying to fend off looking into his illegal access to phone and other personal records by claiming “Sovereign” immunity
