Watch the video at the link of the hideous transsexual Secretary of the Dept. Of Health. It's so reassuring that someone is help making decisions in PA is so stupid that it doesn't know it's own sex when taking a shower (trying to be G-rated here.)

And a governor who built a business almost exclusively on government contracts . . . What an a$$h0l3!

In other words, they’ll kill any business owner who tries to avoid bankruptcy. Anyone who thinks the police won’t follow orders is out of their minds.

What happens when all the liquor stores get looted?
It might be a trap.

Putin does this, too.
The only difference, thus far, is that he slaughters a few journalists and terrifies his people until they willingly surrender their liberties for the imaginary protection of the government.

Why are they “temporarily” banning gun sales in some of these states?

I heard they are literally boarding up liquor stores. They are run by the state in PA. Another bit of fascism.

Does he have actual authority to enforce this?
A “voluntary” shutdown with the government “strongly suggesting” that businesses close is one thing and I believe most people are willing to go along.
But a truly forced shutdown which forces businesses into bankruptcy and which is enforced at the point of a state policeman’s gun, is another thing entirely.
If PA grants the governor this power, then that’s that. But if this is extra-judicial to any extent, I think he’s taking a big risk.

What does Putin have to do with any of this? These old tropes are getting tired. No one has any actual evidence that he "slaughtered journalists" or any of that BS. Its all empty accusations.
No one in Russia is terrified of Putin, and people do whatever they want. The "opposition" is just like idiot Democrats in the USA...worthless do-nothings who want to take power for themselves.

Except in certain neighborhoods. Indeed. Philadelphia cops already announced that car theft, retail theft, drug dealing and prostitution may proceed without fear of hindrance or prosecution.
But your legitimate business? Oh No! We're hutting that down! Your business is gone and it's not coming back. Have you considered a career in pimping?
